Hlins è uno strumento per inserire collegamenti ipertestuali in documenti HTML, usando un database con voci nella forma "nome = url". È progettato per inserire URL corrispondenti a persone fisiche: capisce abbreviazioni del primo e secondo nome e tollera la mancanza della seconda parte di un cognome composto.
