Il client remctl a riga di comando che fa l'autenticazione su un server usando Kerberos e poi esegue un comando e restituisce il risultato.

remctl è un protocollo client/server per l'esecuzione di comandi specifici su un sistema remoto con autenticazione Kerberos. I comandi permessi devono essere elencati nel file di configurazione del server e l'eseguibile che gira sul server può essere mappato su qualunque nome di comando. Ad ogni comando è associata anche una ACL contenente una lista di principal Kerberos autorizzati ad eseguire quel comando.
