Det primære mål med dette projekt er at definere en flytbar og effektiv C- programmeringsgrænseflade (API) der kan afklare kaldkæden på et program. API'en tilbyder endvidere måder til at manipulere den bevarede (callee- saved) tilstand på hver kaldramme og at genoptage kørslen på ethvert punkt i kaldkæden (non-local goto). API'en understøtter både lokal (same- process) og fjern (across-process) handling. Som sådan er API'en brugbar i en række af programmer.
