Dette er et meget simpelt bibliotek, men tilstrækkelig til håndtering af alle chm-filer. Biblioteket har aktuelt ikke skriveunderstøttelse.
CHM-filer bruger på Microsoft Windows-platformen til at gemme programdokumentation, næsten altid i form af HTML, med nogle små ændringer der ikke er standard. CHM-filer er en form for arkiv kendt som InfoTech Storage Format-filer (ITSF) og de indeholder nogle specielle filer til implementering af funktioner for CHM-fremviseren.
Denne pakke inkluderer testprogrammer.
