EtherApe je grafický monitor sítě inspirovaný ethermanem. Zobrazuje graficky aktivitu sítě. Zobrazuje hostitele jako kruhy různé velikosti a provoz mezi nimi jako čáry různé tloušťky.

Rozumí linkové vrstvě, nabízí režimy IP a TCP, zobrazení protokolů kódování podle barvy, Ethernet, FDDI, Token Ring, ISDN, zařízení PPP a SLIP. Umožňuje filtrovat zobrazený provoz a umí načíst provoz jak ze souboru tak naživo ze sítě.
