Libreria Python che fornisce una modalità "zero-copy" di copia dei dati da un descrittore di file ad un altro (un socket). La frase "zero-copy" si riferisce al fatto che tutta la copia dei dati tra i due descrittori è fatta interamente dal kernel, senza la copia di dati nei buffer in spazio utente. Questo è particolarmente utile quando si invia un file su un socket (es.: FTP).
