whichman bruger en fejltolerant omtrentlig matchningsalgoritme til at søge efter manualsider som omtrentligt matcher det angivet navn. Den fejltolerante matchning er meget brugbar i tilfælde hvor du kun omtrentlig husker navnet på en kommando.
