minimal konsolgetty som kan køre enhver proces

rungetty er måske den getty du leder efter. Programmet kan køre alle programmer, ikke kun logind. Hvis et andet program end logind bruges, køres det normalt som nobody:nogroup, eller som brugeren/gruppen angivet på kommandolinjen. rungetty kan endda konfigureres til automatisk logind, under bestemte betingelser. Se manualsiden for yderligere information.

Du skal ændre nogle linjer i /etc/inittab for at det har nogen effekt efter installation af pakken. rungetty er baseret på mingetty og er derfor ikke egnet for seriel brug.
